High Back Swivel
A high back chair should swivel, in most cases. You may want a stationary high back chair for dinner or the patio, but you don't want that for the office. For the office, you need a chair that you can move around in. It makes it much more comfortable to work, to grab important papers, and to just sit back and relax. If you have a choice, get a high back chair that swivels.
